Se elaboró una investigación cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, transversal y prospectivo; se analizaron 40 pacientes que acuden al Centro de Diálisis San Juan Bosco diagnosticados con enfermedad renal crónica y que se encontraban en tratamiento con hemodiálisis activa, utilizando un instrumento de recolección de datos. Se pudo evidenciar que respecto a las lesiones de mucosa oral en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica bajo tratamiento con hemodiálisis se aprecia que el 70.0% (N°=38) presenta gingivitis; el 15.0% (N°=6) presenta gingivitis, queilitis angular y lengua saburral; el 10.0% (N°=4) no presenta lesiones, el 2,5% (N°= 1) presentaron queilitis angular y petequias. Se concluye que Las lesiones de mucosa oral en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica bajo tratamiento con hemodiálisis, atendidos en el Centro de Diálisis San Juan Bosco, Sullana 2025, en mayoría presentó gingivitis en un 70.0%.The present study sought to determine oral mucosal lesions in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing haemodialysis treatment at the San Juan Bosco Dialysis Centre, Sullana 2025. A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and prospective study was carried out; 40 patients attending the San Juan Bosco Dialysis Centre diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and undergoing active haemodialysis treatment were analysed using a data collection instrument. It could be seen that with regard to oral mucosal lesions in patients with chronic renal failure under haemodialysis treatment, 70.0% (N°=38) presented gingivitis; 15.0% (N°=6) presented gingivitis, angular cheilitis and saburral tongue; 10.0% (N°=4) did not present lesions, 2.5% (N°=1) presented angular cheilitis and petechiae.
