Para alcanzar este objetivo, se seguirá el método científico hipotético-deductivo, lo que permitirá formular y contrastar hipótesis a partir de la observación de la realidad. La metodología será cuantitativa, dado que se buscará medir de forma objetiva las variables de interés, y se llevará a cabo como investigación aplicada, orientada a generar soluciones prácticas. El diseño será no experimental, de alcance correlacional, para identificar la asociación entre los constructos. La población estará compuesta por 110 pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis, seleccionando como muestra a 86 participantes a través de muestreo probabilístico simple, asegurando igualdad de oportunidades para todos los integrantes. El acopio de información se efectuará mediante dos cuestionarios validados. Posteriormente, los datos serán procesados y analizados estadísticamente, lo que permitirá obtener conclusiones fundamentadas y útiles para la mejora de la atención en este grupo poblacional.The objective of the research will be to establish the link between family functionality and adherence to treatment in patients diagnosed with tuberculosis who will receive care at the Marino Molina Scippa Hospital. To achieve this objective, the research will be carried out following the hypothetical-deductive scientific method, which will allow hypotheses to be formulated and contrasted based on the observation of reality. Likewise, it will have a quantitative approach, since it will seek to objectively measure the variables of interest, and will be carried out as applied research, aimed at generating practical solutions. The design will be non-experimental, correlational in scope, to identify the association between family functionality and therapeutic adherence. The population will be made up of 110 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of tuberculosis, selecting 86 participants as a sample through simple probabilistic sampling, ensuring equal opportunities for all members. The collection of information will be carried out through two validated questionnaires.
