    The present research project titled "Nutritional status (NS) and risk of pressure injury (LPP) in older adults treated in the medicine service of the Sergio E. Bernales National Hospital (HNSEB), 2022." Its general objective: Determine the relationship between NE and LPP risk in older adults. The sample population is made up of 150 older adults. The research work uses a hypothetical-deductive method, a quantitative approach, a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Data collection will be carried out by applying the survey technique, through an instrument Mini Nutritional Assessment Scale (MNA) and Norton Scale, with prior informed consent. For validation, expert judgment was involved and reliability was carried out using Cronbach's Alpha, which was very high.
