    Quality of care and satisfaction of external users of the emergency service of a private clinic in Lima, 2022.

    Knowing the quality of nursing care from the point of view of the external user after the care received is also essential because user satisfaction is taken as a main indicator in the assessment of the care process. However, measuring external user satisfaction is not an easy task, because many factors such as infrastructure, cleanliness, current demand due to the pandemic, availability of materials, biomedical equipment, among others, can influence this variable. The purpose of the study is to determine how the quality of care is related to the satisfaction of nursing care in external users of the emergency service of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2022. A quantitative, applicative study with a correlational design. The population and sample are the external users who go to the emergency service during the period March and May 2022. For data collection, 2 Likert-type surveys will be used to measure both study variables with acceptable validity and reliability. Finally, Spearman's correlation coefficient will be used for hypothesis testing, which will be shown in tables and figures for analysis and discussion.
