    This research work is aimed at objective: Determining the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the external user satisfaction of the Magdalena Child Maternal Health Center - DIRIS LC, 2019. Applied study type, Quantitative approach and correlational level. The research design is nonexperimental and cross-cutting. For the sample the STAT statistical package was used, we were shown a sample of 261 users to be surveyed. Using stratified simple random type sampling, it was randomly selected to obtain each stratum (consultation). The technique used was the Interview and the instrument the modified Lickert Scale Questionnaire, applied with informed consent. Results: In the analysis of correlation between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the external user. Spearman's Rho was found at 0.594 with an error probability: p of 0.000 <0.01; stating that there is a significant and direct relationship between the quality of nursing care and the External User Satisfaction of Magdalena's Child Maternal Health Center - DIRIS LC, 2019. Concluding that the quality of care has significance with the satisfaction of the nurse's care to the external user.
