    Psychosocial factors and their relationship with occupational stress in drivers of Compañía Minera Caraveli, 2021

    Psychosocial factors will continue to generate situations of work stress that have become one of the most difficult problems in the field of health and safety, drastically affecting the well-being and health of staff, putting their integrity at risk and, with This, also affecting organizations and the economic development of society. For this reason, this research was born on how to determine how psychosocial factors are related to work stress in drivers of the Compañía Minera Caravelí Company, 2021. The methodology that will be used is the SUSESO – ISTAS 21 Questionnaire for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk Factors contextualized to the Peruvian sphere by Fiorella Espíritu in 2017 and in which five dimensions are considered: active work and development of skills, psychological demands, the compensations, social support and quality of leadership and dual presence. In the case of work stress, the Test to measure work stress – Psychosomatic Problems Questionnaire adapted by Augusta Hurtado in 2018 and which is composed of the psychosomatic problems dimension will be taken as a reference.
