    A quantitative approach was used, with a sample of 80 patients meeting the selection criteria, aged between 61 and 80 years. The age distribution shows that the majority fall within the 61 to 65-year range (37.5%). The second-largest group is between 66 and 70 years (32.5%), and 30% are between 71 and 80 years. The sample includes a slight majority of females (51.25%) compared to males (48.75%). The majority of the group (35%) has a normal weight (normal BMI), while 23.75% are classified as obese, and 22.5% are overweight according to their BMI. The group mostly shows a normal weight status, with a majority demonstrating a grade 2 (poor) strength level. A significant portion of the population displays diminished range, and most participants have moderate disability.
