    Psychosocial risk factors and their relationship with work stress in nursing in the surgical center area of a hospital in Lima, 2024

    Objective “Analyze the association between psychosocial risk factors and work stress in nurses in the Surgical area of a health institution in Lima, 2024.” It will use quantitative methodology, observational, relational, prospective and transversal. It will have a universe of 100 surgical nurses, a sample of 81 nurses, who will be surveyed using the Psychosocial Risk Factors and Work Stress instruments. Both instruments had validation (03 and 05 expert judges correspondingly) and reliability previously validated through Cronbach's alpha, the instrument on Psychosocial Risk Factors, presented a reliability of > 0.8 in each of the items, classifying it as a whole as high reliability. The instrument on Work Stress had a reliability of 0.909, identified as high reliability. The data obtained will be managed in an Excel spreadsheet and processed in SPSS 28, in this way the Chi Square statistical analysis will be obtained, contrasting the hypotheses and determining their existence with a p < 0.05, which will be expressed through tables. Finally, the statistics will allow the elaboration of the conclusions of the study.
