Ítem Acceso abierto Teacher's digital skills and their influence on learning from the perception of nursing students of a Private University of Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-30) Alarcon Jauregui, Mirtha Luisa; Ramos Vera, Patricia MaríaDue to scientific and technological progress, teachers have had to update their skills according to the demands of their work environment. Therefore, the present research work aimed to determine the influence of the digital competence of the teacher in the learning of nursing students of the intensive care specialty of a Private University of Lima, 2022. The study is framed within a quantitative approach, basic study type, hypothetical-deductive method, nonexperimental design, causal correlational level. The population was made up of 100 nursing students from the second cycle of the intensive care specialty, applying a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, for this reason all of them were considered for the sample, to whom the survey technique was applied and as Instruments Two Likert-type scale instruments were used, one for each variable adapted to the reality of nursing, which presented a reliability index of Cronbach’s alpha of 0.915 and 0.946. The data obtained were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 25.0, which allowed us to achieve descriptive and inferential results. As a result, it was found that the digital skills variable influences 46.7% in student learning and the significance value was 0.000 less than 0.005, so it is concluded that digital skills significantly influence learning from the perception of students of Nursing at a private university.
