    Calidad de vida laboral y la salud mental del personal de enfermería del hospital Hermilio Valdizan de Lima -2022

    The study was carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between the quality of working life and the mental health of the nursing staff of the Hermilio Valdizan Hospital". The Methodology used was a quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional, nonexperimental approach, the population and sample consisted of 110 Nursing Technicians. for data collection, the survey technique was used through the CVP-35 instruments, with 4 dimensions and 35 questions, which evaluates the quality of working life, and GHQ-12, with 2 dimensions and 12 questions, which evaluates the mental health. Results: regarding the variable Quality of working life, it was evidenced that 84.5% (n=93) of the population have a good quality of working life and in the mental health variable, 89.1% (n=98) have no psychopathology. and only 2.7% (n=3) evidenced the presence of psychopathology. Spearman's parametric correlation test was used. Conclusion: There is no relationship between quality of working life and mental health.
