    Factors associated with job satisfaction of nurses in the emergency assisted transportation system, Lima 2022.

    Objective: To determine factors associated with job satisfaction of nurses in the Assisted Emergency Transport System, period 2022. Methodology: The study is quantitative, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. The group evaluated was 87 nursing professionals working in the aforementioned area, who responded to two questionnaires "Structured questionnaire for associated factors" and "Structured questionnaire for job satisfaction". Data collection techniques and instruments: will request permission from the corresponding areas through the coordinations and heads, likewise, the collaborators will be informed of the objective of the study, requesting their anonymous participation with prior informed consent, to collect the information through the development of the questionnaires, once the data collection is concluded, the same will be processed using SPSS statistical software version 25. Statistical analysis: descriptive and analytical analysis will be obtained through non-parametric tests.
