Ítem Acceso abierto Humanized care related to the satisfaction of the elderly in nursing care at the “Casa de Todos” Shelter, Cercado de Lima 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-02) Almerco Montero, Araceli Yohari; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaMaterial and method: The type of research is quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional. The population consists of 55 elderly male adults. The data collection technique will be a survey. Results: Regarding the humanized nursing care and patient satisfaction, it was found that the humanized care variable was rated as good by 35 participants (64%), and the satisfaction variable was rated as satisfied by 33 participants (60%). In the dimension of nursing qualities in humanized care, "good" was rated by 32 participants (62%). In the dimension of nurse-patient communication openness, "good" was rated by 36 participants (66%), and in the dimension of willingness to attend, "good" was rated by 37 participants (67%). Conclusion: There is no statistically significant relationship between the variable of humanized care and the variable of satisfaction in elderly adults (Chi-square = 6.795, df = 1, p-value = 0.009).
