    Relationship between psychosocial risk factors and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the emergency area of a private entity in Lima, period 2021

    Objective: Determine if there is a relationship between psychosocial risk factors and the level of job satisfaction of nursing staff in the emergency area. Methodology: The study has a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, correlational, descriptive design. The representative sample will be 30 people who are nursing staff who work in the emergency area of ​​a private entity in Lima, who meet the already established exclusion and inclusion criteria. Data collection technique and instrument: The technique to be used in both instruments is the survey, which will be carried out jointly, using the SUSESO/ISTAS21 and Lomas R. Job Satisfaction instruments, for the variables psychosocial risk factors and satisfaction. work respectively. Procedures: After having carried out the survey on the nursing staff who work in the emergency area, the SPSS 24.0 program will be used for the classification, organization and download of data. Statistical analysis: The SPSS program in version 24.0 will be used to execute the statistical data, graphs and analysis of the data collected from both variables.
