Methodology: a quantitative, correlational and non-experimental design research was carried out. There was a probabilistic sample of 132 members of the nursing staff of the clinical cardiology, cardiopediatrics, surgical center, cardiovascular surgery and cardiology procedures of the different departments and services of the National Cardiovascular Institute (INCOR). The authors used the survey technique and the instruments were two questionnaires. Both instruments were validated and achieved very good reliability. For data analysis, IBM-SPSS version 27 software was used. After descriptive analysis and normality test, Spearman's correlation test was performed at a statistical significance level of p<.05. Results: a regular management level (X= 93.03; SD= 11.91) and a medium level of job satisfaction (X= 124.39; SD= 13.8) were evidenced. Similarly, a strong correlation was obtained between human talent management and job satisfaction with rho= .890 (p= .010). Similarly, a high and moderate positive correlation was found between human talent management and the different dimensions of job satisfaction. Conclusion: there is a high positive relationship between human talent management and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular Lima-Peru 2022 at a significance level of p< .05, so it is concluded that as management improves, job satisfaction also increases.
