    Occupational risk and nursing performance in the Hospital de Ventanilla, Callao – 2021

    Objective: The objective of this research, titled "Occupational Risks and Nursing Performance at Hospital Ventanilla, Callao – 2021," is to determine the relationship between occupational risks and nursing performance. This is a descriptive, correlational, and quantitative study using surveys. The sample consists of 100 nurses, and a questionnaire was applied for each variable, comprising 26 and 15 items, respectively. Conclusion: The conclusion reached is that nursing professionals are exposed to a variety of workplace events, which are generally caused by factors such as staff reduction, lack of training, and inadequate preventive measures, all of which adversely affect their health.
