    Factores asociados al síndrome de Burnout en el personal de salud del departamento de medicina de rehabilitación del complejo hospitalario Luis N. Sáenz PNP durante la pandemia COVID -19

    The objective of this research is to determine the factors associated with Burnout syndrome in the health personnel of the rehabilitation medicine department of the Luis N Sáenz PNP hospital complex during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was carried out in the rehabilitation medicine department of the hospital complex. Luis N Sáenz PNP. All professionals (doctors, medical technologists, rehabilitation technicians) were considered as part of the population, who work in the areas under study; being a total of 80 professionals; For data collection, 2 questionnaires were applied, the first known as the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire aimed at evaluating the BS, and the second aimed at knowing the associated factors. Each questionnaire had 22 and 8 questions, respectively. Subsequently, these data were interpreted by processing them in the SPSS26 statistical software. Finally, the study obtained significant results in order to determine whether there are statistically significant factors associated with Burnout Syndrome in the health personnel of the rehabilitation medicine department of the Luis N Sáenz PNP hospital complex during the COVID-19 pandemic, 1. There are statistically significant elements related to SB in the workers of the entity studied during the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the significant factors we can determine, to the labor condition, the face-to-face work modality, gender (mainly focused on women), age less than 40 and the work environment. The results show that professionals express emotional and physical dissatisfaction, at the same time they generate stress pictures, which according to the surveys, are presented in situations such as: Emotional exhaustion due to work, Physical exhaustion after each working day, fatigue due to carrying another working day, wear and tear due to the execution of the function performed, changes in interest and sensitivity for patient care, and mainly, they reflect that activities related to people generate a lot of stress.
