About 75% of these premature newborns who die could survive without expensive care, without simple, proven and inexpensive treatments and preventive measures being available worldwide. 60% of premature births occur in Africa and South Asia, there is known to be an effective global conflict. In low-income countries, one-third of 12% of children are born prematurely, compared to 9% in higher-income countries. Within the same country, increasingly poor families run a higher risk of premature birth. In Peru, newborn infections are associated with multiple pathogenic factors of a multifactorial principle that intervene prematurely in the mother; Thus we have factors connected to genes and, limitation of fetal development, women with malnutrition, multiple pregnancies and hypertension. The risk of neonatal victim is associated with the age of the mother, especially in adolescents, tobacco and drug taxes, and multiple pregnancies.
