For this reason, there are determining factors that influence the presence of anemia in babies. Therefore, the General Objective is to determine the relationship between risk factors and the level of anemia in children from 3 to 4 years of age at the Moquegua Initial Educational Institution, 2023. Materials and Methods: A hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research design will be used. Population: The population was 80 mothers representing children ages 3 to 4 years old, distributed in 4 initial classrooms, 2 classrooms of 3 years old and 2 classrooms of 4 years old, having a total of 80 representative mothers of families. Techniques and instruments: This study used the survey as a technique for the first and second variable "risk factors" and" level of anemia"; the instrument was a 35-question questionnaire. Results: ( ) The results showed pvalues of less than .05 (p < .05), which means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted: There is a statistically significant relationship between certain factors. Conclusions: The degree of anemia presented by children aged 3 to 4 years of the Moquegua educational institution is: the severe level is the degree of anemia high level, followed by the degree low level.
