    Inteligencia emocional y habilidades blandas en estudiantes de segunda especialidad de Enfermería en una universidad de Lima Metropolitana, 2023

    Objective: Determine the correlation between emotional intelligence and soft skills in students of the second specialty in health and child integral development: growth and development and immunizations in a private university in Metropolitan Lima, 2023. Methodology: The hypothetical method was used Deductive, quantitative approach, correlational level, with a general population of 100 students and shows 80, who developed the “abbreviated emotional intelligence inventory”, and a soft skill questionnaire. Results: 58.75% have a moderate level of emotional intelligence and 58.75 has a moderate level in soft skills. In addition, it presents a correlation of Rho =, 600 among the study variables. CONCLUSIONS: A significant correlation between emotional intelligence and soft skills is there.
