    Quality of care provided by the nursing professional in the emergency service of the San Juan Bautista Huaral hospital September 2020

    Objective. To identify the quality of care provided by the nursing professional in the observation area of the emergency service of the San Juan Bautista Hospital in Huaral. Material and methods. This research has a quantitative approach, using descriptive methods through cross-section. The population was 158 patients, they were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research, an inclusion criterion for patients who are alone and oriented. The technique to be used in the work deals with questions using the Likert Scale of the work "Patient Perception of the Quality of Care Provided by the Nurse in the Hospital II Essalud Huaraz 2013". It presents an introduction, general data through 19 items, the interpersonal dimension will be evaluated through 9 items and the comfort dimension will have 10 items and 3 alternatives with never, sometimes, always and 0,1 and 2.
