Rímac-2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-05-25) Albornoz Rojas, Diana Felicita; Arica Olaya, Doris Raquel; Zavaleta Gutiérrez, Violeta AideéThe objective of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction of mothers regarding the quality of nursing care in the Growth and Development Control office and the nutritional status of their children aged 6 – 24 months who attend the Villa Los Health Post. Angels. It is a quantitative approach, descriptive and transversal, the population was made up of 80 mothers who attended the Growth and Development clinic of the health establishment. To measure the Level of Satisfaction of mothers regarding the quality of nursing care, the Likert scale was used and anthropometric indices were used to evaluate nutritional status. The following results were obtained: 51.2% (41) of mothers have a medium level of satisfaction. 46.3% (37) high satisfaction and 2.5% (2) low satisfaction. Reaching the following conclusion: the majority of mothers who attend the Growth and Development clinic have a medium level of satisfaction with the quality of nursing care.Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of pediatric care and parental satisfaction in patients at a public hospital in Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-01-15) Arica Olaya, Doris Raquel; Bernardo Santiago, GrisiIntroduction: the quality and satisfaction of nursing care in hospitals is an important pillar to provide care to pediatric patients; being a great holistic challenge with a theme of favorable attitudes for the user who needs it with an innovative care model. Objective: to determine the relationship between the quality of pediatric care and parental satisfaction in patients at a public hospital in Lima, 2022. Methods: Hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional study and correlational research level. 100 parents of pediatric patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria will participate. Two instruments adapted by Valentín in Peru will be used to collect the data (the Observation Guide-Quality of care in pediatrics with content validity by applicable and sufficient expert judges and reliability of KR20 of 0.98) and the Questionnaire-Satisfaction of the relatives with validity by expert judges of applicable and sufficient content with Cronbach's alpha global α = 0.917). For the data analysis process, it will be done in the Statistical Product and Service Solutions V.26 and Excel V.2016 software; Kolmogorov-Smirnov will be applied to test the normality of the data, if the level of significance is p>0.05 the Pearson parametric test will be used and if it is p< 0.05 the non-parametric Spearman Rho test will be used to relate the quality of care with the satisfaction of the parents. Expected results: it is to find that there is a significant relationship between quality of care in pediatrics and satisfaction in parents in patients of a public hospital in Lima, 2022.
