Perception of the external user about the quality of care of the nursing staff of the Cardioclinic occupational clinic, Lima - 2019

ABSTRACT OF THE WORK (Maximum 200 words and in Spanish) Objective: To determine the Perception of External Users about the Quality of Care of the Nursing Staff at the Cardioclinic Occupational Clinic, Lima - 2019. Material and Methods: The study had a quantitative approach, with respect to the study design it is non-experimental, non-experimental cross-sectional and according to its purpose it is descriptive. The population of the occupational health clinic will be 100 users. The instrument is the SERVQUAL model questionnaire. Results: Regarding the sociodemographic data, it was found that the average age was 20 to 50 years of age; according to sex, 60% were male, while 40% were female; Regarding the level of education, 36% have professional careers, 48% have a technical career and 16% have only completed secondary school, it was found that 34% of the total study perceived that the attention of the staff was "Very Dissatisfied", then 22% of the participants indicate feeling "Extremely Dissatisfied"; with a tendency to the negative, these being the sum of the highest percentage in the total of 53%, therefore the user perception is "Very Dissatisfied", so we also have that 29% of participants indicate feeling "Satisfied"; as well as 11% of participants stated feeling "Very Satisfied", and the least predominant is 4% of participants, who indicated feeling "Extremely Satisfied", these being the lowest percentage, giving a total of 47%. According to the Responsiveness dimension, 66% of users indicated feeling “Extremely Dissatisfied”; in the Security dimension, 64% feel “Very Dissatisfied”, in the Empathy dimension, 68% feel “Very Dissatisfied”, in the Tangible Elements dimension, 70% feel “Satisfied”, and in the Reliability dimension, 55% feel “Very Dissatisfied”. Conclusions: The large number of users perceived the Quality of Care as “Very Dissatisfied”.

Introducción: El presente estudio observa más de cerca el trabajo a diario, en especial en sala de operaciones, porque se está expuesto a lesiones punzocortantes fluidos corporales durante las intervenciones quirúrgicas, por tal motivo se debe evaluar y a medida de lo posible controlar los accidentes en el ámbito laboral para con ello evitar que estos ocurran de manera fortuita a consecuencia del alto peligro por ocasión del trabajo y que de alguna forma produce un deterioro en la salud del trabajador. El presente estudio servirá para futuras fuentes teóricas que generarán nuevos juicios para futuras investigaciones. Objetivo: Es Analizar la relación de los riesgos ocupacionales con las prácticas de bioseguridad en el personal de enfermería que labora en Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional, Lima 2024. Métodos: Este proyecto es de diseño correlacional, porque permitirá obtener información fiable y gran importancia, que se obtendrán aplicando los ambos instrumentos que fueron validados para su aplicación y la relación que hay entre ellas. La presente investigación puede ser replicada metodológicamente, a su vez servir de ejemplo para futuros estudios similares o a otras áreas; promoviendo las buenas prácticas de las barreras de bioseguridad en los Licenciadas (os) que laboran en centro quirúrgico.
