Publicación Acceso abierto Satisfacción percibida y las buenas prácticas de dispensación en usuarios de boticas del distrito de Chosica 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-08-10) Arroyo Morán, Rossmery; Alvarado Chávez, BrittGood Dispensing Practices ensure the proper use of medications, improve public health through correct dispensing, and provide quality service to patients. The objective was to determine the relationship between perceived satisfaction and good dispensing practices in drugstore users in the Chosica district in 2021. Methodology: The research method was deductive, with a quantitative approach, basic research type, and a non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, prospective, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 217 users, and simple random probabilistic sampling was used. A questionnaire served as the instrument. Results: Of the 217 users, 60.8% had a secondary education. 66% were very much in agreement with the reception and validation of the prescription, 53% were very much in agreement with the interpretation, preparation, and selection of the medication, and 46% agreed with the information provided during dispensing. Furthermore, 51% were satisfied with the pharmacist's attitude, 52% with the confidence and support provided to the patient, and 50.3% were satisfied with the pharmacist's evaluation of their health status. Conclusion: A significant relationship (p=0.000) was found to exist between perceived satisfaction and good dispensing practices, as 87.6% were satisfied with the satisfaction and 78.3% agreed with the good dispensing practices.
