Ítem Acceso abierto Ergonomic risk factors and musculoskeletal disorder in workers of the Aceros Arequipa Corporation, Pisco – 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-10-01) Arteaga Molina, Claudia Alejandra; Suarez Valderrama, Yurik AnatoliIntroduction: The majority of musculoskeletal problems as a consequence of exposure to small traumas in the musculoskeletal structures, over time begin to manifest symptoms and physical deterioration. Objective: To determine the relationship between ergonomic risk factors and musculoskeletal disorder in workers of the Aceros Arequipa Corporation; Pisco – 2023. Justification: The study will help reduce risk factors and train employees in the adoption of proper postures and techniques for handling heavy loads. In addition, it is expected to make a significant contribution to the growing scientific knowledge of the employees. Method: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The sample will be 249 workers, the survey will be used to apply two questionnaires to the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 26 and the hypotheses will be tested using the statistical test of Spearman's correlation coefficient given the nature of the variables.Ítem Acceso abierto Family functionality and development of the oral language in children aged 3 to 4 years in the educational institution No. 182 – Pisco – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-24) Arteaga Molina, Claudia Alejandra; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaThe present study entitled: Family functionality and the development of oral language in children aged 3 to 4 years of the Educational Institution No. 182 - Pisco - 2021 aims to determine the relationship between family functionality and the development of oral language in children aged 3 to 4 years of the Educational Institution No. 182 - Pisco, 2021 Methodology. Quantitative approach, prospective, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The population will be made up of 100 children aged 3 to 4 years from the Educational Institution No. 182 - Pisco, using the Zimmerman test to evaluate the development of oral language through dimensions such as verbal ability and listening comprehension; the FF-SIL Test evaluates functionality through the dimensions Cohesion, Harmony, Communication, Permeability, Affectivity, Roles, Adaptability.
