    Nivel de satisfacción de usuarios atendidos en el establecimiento farmacéutico Mifarma del distrito de Santa Anita 2022

    The present research was titled Level of satisfaction of users served at the Mifarma pharmaceutical establishment in the district of Santa Anita, 2022. The objective was to evaluate the level of satisfaction of users regarding the general service at the Mifarma pharmaceutical establishment in the district of Santa Anita, 2022. The method used was deductive, with a quantitative approach, basic in nature, and a non-experimental design. This study involved a population of 3,000 users, with a probabilistic sample of 340 users, to whom a survey was applied through a questionnaire consisting of 20 indicators: 03 for empathy, 05 for responsiveness, 04 for safety, 04 for reliability, and 04 for tangibles. When evaluating the level of satisfaction, the result was a level of Completely satisfied. Similarly, for its dimensions such as empathy, responsiveness, safety, reliability, and tangibles, the users were rated as Completely satisfied in each of them. The conclusion reached is that users served at the Mifarma pharmaceutical establishment in the district of Santa Anita were Completely satisfied at a level of 74.7%.
