    Ergonomic risks and their relationship with job performance among nursing professionals in the Surgical Center of Good Hope Clinic, Lima 2023

    Objective: To analyze the relationship between ergonomic risks and the work performance of nursing professionals suffering the Surgical Center of the Good Hope Lima Clinic 2023. Material and methods: Quantitative approach, deductive cross-sectional and prospective method. The population consisted of 80 nurses from the Surgical Center at the Good Hope Miraflores Clinic in Lima. This made it possible to take a sample of the total population under study, considering the determined population. The data collection technique was a survey and the instrument was a questionnaire, through closed and open questions. Validity was assessed through expert judgments. Applying a statistical study to find proportions in specific variables and centered in central style towards quantitative variables, in the study the chi-square test was applied allowing to calculate the society between the qualitative variables, and then establish the mean in the category of a qualitative variable and a quantitative variable, the independent t-test and the one-way study of variance were applied. with statistical significance p <0.05.Key words: Level of knowledge, job performance, musculoskeletal disorders.
