Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of humanized nursing care and the satisfaction of patients attended in the medical service of the Hospital de Chancay basic health services: Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-03) Ayala Crisostomo, Dina Teresa; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaThe objective of this academic work is to “Determine the relationships between the perception of humanized care in nursing and the satisfaction of patients treated.” 90 patients were selected as the population, treated in the medicine service of the Chancay Hospital from October to December 2022, and the sample is the entire population. The methodological design responds to the hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, descriptive observational, and transversal characteristics. The techniques and instruments will be the following: to measure the humanized care variable: “Instrument of humanized nursing care behaviors (PCHE)”, for the variable Patient satisfaction: a survey “User Satisfaction Instrument with Respect to Humanized Patient Care Hospitalized.” Data processing and analysis will be done with Excel and SPSS and for the statistical test of specific hypothesis contrast, Spearman's Rho test will be used to determine correlations between the variables.
