Comprensión y disposición de los directores técnicos de boticas a una supervisión sobre las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica en la urbanización gramadal del distrito de Puente Piedra - Lima, 2024

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la relación existente entre la comprensión y disposición de los directores técnicos de boticas a una supervisión sobre el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica en la urbanización Gramadal del distrito de Puente Piedra - Lima, 2024, el tipo de investigación fue básico, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y nivel correlacional, la población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 426 directores técnicos de las boticas registradas, siendo la muestra 203 directores técnicos. Se tuvo como resultados que el nivel de comprensión de una supervisión sobre las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica fue de nivel medio en un 45,8%, y la disposición al cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas fue de 43,3%, asimismo se halló una relación significativa entre las variables (Rho=781, p=0,000). En conclusión, el aumento de la comprensión de la supervisión se relaciona a una mejor disposición al cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de oficina farmacéutica.

Evaluación de la efectividad antimicrobiana de un colutorio a base de los aceites esenciales de Eucalyptus globulus Labill (eucalipto) y Minthostachys sp. (muña), frente a Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 10031, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29737 y Candida albicans ATCC 10231

The present research work entitled “Evaluation of the antimicrobial effectiveness of a mouthwash based on the essential oils of Eucalyptus globulus Labill (Eucalyptus) and Minthostachys sp. (Muña), against Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 10031, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29737 and Candida albicans ATCC 10231”, had as its main objective to evaluate the antimicrobial effectiveness of the formulated mouthwash. The study was quasi-experimental, prospective, and cross-sectional. A registration form was used for the data obtained. The method employed for the evaluation of the antibacterial effectiveness was the Modified Microbial Challenge test. The results were: for Klebsiella pneumoniae, at a significance level of 0.05 and a p-value = 0.4412, the treatment with the formulated mouthwash has the same effect as the commercial mouthwash; for Staphylococcus aureus, at a significance level of 0.05 and a p-value = 0.6039, the treatment with the formulated mouthwash is not more effective than the commercial mouthwash, both present the same effectiveness; for Candida albicans, at a significance level of 0.05 and a p-value = 0.0000325, it is accepted that the treatment with the formulated mouthwash shows greater effectiveness than the commercial mouthwash.

Relación entre los parámetros microbiológicos del agua potable y el estado de salud en los hogares del A.H Pampa León – Villa María Del Triunfo, Lima Perú, 2024

Introduction: Microbiological parameters are essential for the detection of pathogenic organisms, bacteria such as total coliforms and Escherichia coli in drinking water, increasing the likelihood of causing diseases by infectious agents of parasitic, bacterial, and viral origin. Objective: To determine the relationship between the microbiological parameters of drinking water and the health status in homes in the A.H Pampa León - Villa Maria del Triunfo, Lima-Peru 2024. Methodology: A hypothetical-deductive study with a quantitative approach was carried out, 83 samples stored in the largest volume tanks were collected, 1 sample for each home in 3 stages, the first day of water entering the largest volume tanks, each stage after the water had been stored for 3 days, and the third after 7 days of water being stored in the largest volume tanks. Total coliforms and Escherichia coli were analyzed as indicators of contamination. Results and Conclusions: There was a significant and moderate to strong association between E. coli levels and the presence of gastrointestinal diseases (p = 0.002, Cramer's V = 0.396) and also a moderate association between total coliform levels and gastrointestinal diseases (p = 0.014, Cramer's V = 0.327).

El saber pedagógico docente y su relación con la producción intelectual creativa en docentes universitarios de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, en el año 2019

The present investigation titled "Teaching pedagogical knowledge and its relation with creative intellectual production in university teachers of the Norbert Wiener Private University, in the year 2019", had as its main objective to determine the existence of the relation between teaching pedagogical knowledge and creative intellectual production. The research was of the applied type, with a quantitative approach and correlational level. The sampling was not probabilistic with intention. To measure teaching pedagogical knowledge, the perception of students aged between 18 and 30 years old were observed through a survey and to measure creative intellectual production; Teachers aged between 40 and 60 years old were observed through a questionnaire and documentary analysis. Both questionnaires were validated by experts. The data obtained were typed and sorted into the Excel 2016 program, as well as entered into the SPSS version 22 program for analysis. Statistical analysis showed that teaching pedagogical knowledge is not related to creative intellectual production, with a p-value of 0.343. Only one of the five dimensions studied showed that it its related to creative intellectual production with a p-value of 0.010, this dimension is pedagogical knowledge. It was also observed that 83.3% of teachers participating in this study have a basic level of creative intellectual production, having at least two published articles. This work is concluded by stating that there is no significant correlation between teaching pedagogical knowledge and creative intellectual production.
