OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between anxiety and Burnout Syndrome in nurses working in the intensive care unit of a clinic in Lima during the pandemic in 2021. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The research has a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample will consist of 25 nurses. The technique will be a survey, and the instruments applied will be the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).
