Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-22) Bañez Espinoza, Maruja Maribel; Esteves Pairazaman, Ambrocio TeodoroThis research aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of care and the perceived satisfaction of users of pharmacies in the district of San Martin de Porres, Lima 2023. The research methodology was hypothetical, inductive, and correlational, based on basic research with a non-experimental, cross-sectional study design. The technique and tool were based on a questionnaire inquiry designed by the researchers and validated by qualified experts, consisting of 25 closed-ended items with Likert scale responses ranging from 1 to 5. The study employed the parametric Spearman correlation test, with a sample of 384 users. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the quality of care and the perceived satisfaction of users of pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies and drugstores) in the district of San Martin de Porres, with p < 0.005 and Spearman's Rho = 0.813, indicating a positive and direct correlation in the district of San Martin de Porres, Lima 2023.
