Publicación Acceso abierto Nivel de satisfacción en el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico a pacientes con COVID-19 del Centro Materno Infantil César López Silva de Villa el Salvador, junio–setiembre 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-13) Bada Gil, Cinthya Pamela; Arista Tejada, Eudis; Collantes Llacza, Adela MarleneThe objective of this research was to "Determine the level of satisfaction with Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up (PFU) in patients with COVID-19 at the César López Silva Maternal and Child Center, 2021." Method: The method was an observational and prospective design in a sample of 30 COVID-19 patients who underwent PFU to determine the level of satisfaction. The total population consisted of 121 patients who tested positive from June to September 2021. Results: 56.7% (n=17) of the patients considered themselves very satisfied with the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up. 92.4% of the negative outcomes related to medication corresponded to untreated health problems. 92.4% corresponded to a medication-related problem of the type "insufficiently treated health problem." 93.9% of pharmacist intervention was for the pharmacological strategy category. The conclusion of our pharmacotherapeutic follow-up showed a very satisfied level of satisfaction in 56.7% of COVID-19 patients. The achievements reached by the pharmacist intervention resulted in a good rate of acceptance, reaching a very satisfied level of 80%. Patient experience in the PFU achieved a good impact, reaching a "satisfied" level of 50.3%, and the negative results associated with medication were mostly due to untreated health problems at 92.4%.
