    Management skills and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of a Minsa health hospital, Lima – 2023

    Objective: Determine the relationship between management skills and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of a Level III Minsa Health Hospital, Lima – 2023. Methodology: A study was developed, with the method the study was developed through the hypothetical deductive study method, with a quantitative, applied, correlational, nonexperimental and cross-sectional approach; in a census sample of 100 participants; In addition, the survey was used as a technique for data collection; and the instruments were the management skills questionnaire and the job satisfaction questionnaire. Results: It was found that 57% of participants presented management skills at a medium level. On the other hand, 57% showed a medium level of job satisfaction. To find the relationship of the variables, the degree of bilateral significance and correlation according to Spearman's Rho was used, where communication (p=0.000; rho=0.609), leadership (p=0.000; rho=0.596) and motivation (p =0.000; rho=0.667), were related to job satisfaction. Conclusion: It is concluded by determining that there is a relationship (p=0.000) between management skills and job satisfaction, in addition a positive correlation of moderate level was obtained, where rho = 0.616; therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected.
