    Efficacy of laparoscopic versus conventional surgery in decreasing complications in adult patients with obesity.

    It is an observational and retrospective systematic review. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen that demonstrate the effectiveness of laparoscopic interventions compared to conventional ones in reducing surgical complications in obese patients; reducing hospitalization days, lower risk of infection, wound dehiscence and intra-abdominal access.
