    Sleep-related respiratory disorders directly affect quality of life, children's sleep quality, academic performance, and daily life activities. Sleep apnea is defined as partial or total obstruction of the upper airway, leading to cognitive, metabolic, cardiovascular, and growth alterations. Key symptoms include snoring, daytime sleepiness, and learning difficulties. Early detection of this issue will aid in treatment and reduce health consequences for children. Two instruments will be used for data collection to help parents recognize this problem and take appropriate action.
