    The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between effective feedback and learning approaches in university nursing students at a university in Ica, 2023. The methodology had a deductive method, approaching a quantitative approach, the type of research was basic. in the generation of new knowledge through observable fundamental aspects, phenomena or relationships between entities. The design was non-experimental, with a descriptive-correlational level. The population was made up of 185 university nursing students from a university in Ica, and inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to select the sample, consisting of 100 university nursing students. The results revealed that the majority of participants experience a high level of effective feedback, suggesting that they are receiving clear and constructive feedback on their academic performance. It was possible to reach the conclusion that there is a relationship between effective feedback and learning processes in university nursing students from a university in Ica, 2023, where Spearman's Rho coefficient resulted in 0.493 and a p value of 0.000 < 0.05., indicating a moderate and statistically significant correlation.
