Objective: Determine the relationship between coping strategies and stress levels of nursing staff in the operating room of a National Hospital in Lima, 2022. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-intervention design of correlational scope, the population will be made up of 110 nurses from the operating room of the hospital under study, the sample will be census based because it is a small population. To collect data on the variables, the survey technique and questionnaire instruments will be applied. The data will be processed in the SPSS V26 statistical program, frequency tables, tables and/or graphs will be obtained; Furthermore, the hypotheses will be contrasted with Spearman's Rho Correlation Statistical Test, having a significance level of p < 0.05.Ítem Acceso abierto Social skills in first-year secondary school students at the María Parado de Bellido educational institution, Rímac 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-07-18) Bautista Guerrero, Ana Maria; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoMaterial and method: The study method was quantitative and the design is non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional. The study worked with the participation of 212 secondary school adolescents who met the criteria of an inclusion criterion: students who attend the first year of secondary school at the María Parado de Bellido educational institution and who accept informed assent participated. for participation in this study. The data collection technique was the survey and the data collection instrument used was the Gismero social skills scale (EHS). Results: Regarding the level of social skills in adolescents in the first year of high school at the María Parado de Bellido educational institution, the medium level predominated (129 adolescents representing 60.8%) followed by the low level of 73 adolescents representing 34.4%. and the high level of 10 adolescents representing 4.7. Regarding the dimensions of social skills, in self-expression in social situations the low level predominated (47.2%), in terms of defense of one's own rights as consumer, the medium level predominated (50.5%), in expressing anger or disagreement the low level predominated (44.3%), in saying no and cutting off interactions the medium level predominated (47.2%) and in making requests the medium level predominated (47.2%). %), in initiating interactions with the opposite sex, the medium level predominated (48.1%). Conclusions: The level of social skills in adolescents was medium level, on the other hand, in terms of dimensions that present a higher level of social skills, the most notable is self-expression in social situations.
