    The present investigation entitled "the quality of care in patient satisfaction with nursing care in the Emergency Service of the Vitarte Hospital - 2022" aimed to determine the influence of the quality of care on patient satisfaction, reason why which, a quantitative study was developed at an explanatory level taking 175 patients as a sample, applying two instruments: the first that evaluates the quality of care through three dimensions: structure, process and results; and a second questionnaire that measures patient satisfaction with six valued dimensions: art of care, technical quality of care, physical environment, availability, continuity of care and efficacy-result; and whose reported results show a significance of less than 0.05, and Spearman's Rho equal to 0.601; concluding that there is an influence of the quality of care on patient satisfaction with nursing care.
