Materials and Methods: Quantitative type and a systematic review by study design. The population consisted of 20 articles from the bibliographic review and the sample of 10 scientific articles published in scientific databases, the search instrument Database: PubMed , Scielo, Cochrane Library, Reseachgate.net, GRADE system that is validated with the quality of evidence for the evaluation of strength of resistance Results: Of the 100% articles, 10% correspond to Saudi Arabia; 10% to Brazil; 10% to Peru; 10% to Iran; 10% to Taiwan; 10% to USA; 10% to France; 10% to Spain, 10% to Australia, 10% to Colombia; In relation to the type, it is 100% quantitative and the study designs: 40% correspond to clinical trials, 10% to historical cohorts, 20% to retrospectives, and 30% to descriptives. Conclusions: 100% of the evidence indicated that in post-cesarean patients the risk of complications, whether immediate or mediate, increases; this will depend on the management of the health team, reducing maternal morbidity and mortality.
