The present research is titled "Level of Occupational Stress in Dentists from the Almenara Health Network ESSALUD, using the Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire Lima-2016." The research problem is: What is the level of occupational stress in dentists from the Almenara Health Network - EsSalud, using the Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire Lima-2016? Stress is a dangerous disease for both industrialized and developing economies, as it negatively affects production by harming the physical and mental health of workers. The objective was to determine the level of occupational stress in dentists from the Almenara Health Network - EsSalud, using the Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire Lima-2016. The study was descriptive and cross-sectional, conducted at the Almenara Health Network. The sample consisted of 50 healthcare dentists working in outpatient consultations and rotating shifts. A non-probabilistic sample was used. Data collection techniques included the Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire, which is the most appropriate tool for assessing occupational stress, and the Chi-square test was applied. The results showed that 36% of the dentists experienced moderate stress, with depersonalization being the most prominent dimension, affecting 20% of the total dentists with medium to high levels of stress. It was concluded that 56% of the dentists had low stress in the emotional exhaustion dimension.
