The health sector has been affected due to the stress caused by the current situation; This condition, like dissatisfaction related to work, is associated with the emotional burden, long working hours and poor equipment available. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of stress and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the surgical center service, in times of pandemic in a III hospital in Lima. Material and methods: The method to be used is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach and the study will be correlational. The population will consist of thirty nurses who work in the surgical center of a III hospital in Lima. To measure the level of stress, The Nursing Stress Scale with adequate validity and a Crombadge Alpha reliability of 0.97 will be used. The instruments are given in person with prior informed consent, a correlational statistical analysis will be carried out.
