Two valid and reliable questionnaires will be applied. The instrument that will measure work stress has 34 items and covers 3 dimensions: individual, environmental and organizational factors, while work performance will be measured by a 28-item questionnaire that covers 4 dimensions: responsibility, leadership and teamwork, motivation and training and personal development. In relation to the analysis of descriptive information, tables classified by quantities and percentages will be developed, while for the inferential analysis, Spearman's Rho coefficient will be used for the analysis of the variables.
