Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors and professional burnout in the nursing care staff of the community mental health centers of Callao, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-24) Bernaola Luiken, Ruth Miluska Janet; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoThe objective of this research project is to “determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and professional burnout in the nursing care staff of the Community Mental Health Centers of Callao, 2023.” It has a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and transversal design. The sample will be 80 healthcare professionals from the CSMC- Callao, to whom two instruments will be applied, one of psychosocial risk factors and professional burnout, the instrument of the psychosocial risk factors variable was validated by the judgment of 3 experts and was obtained a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient = 0.856, likewise the professional burnout instrument was also validated by the judgment of 3 experts and a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.838 was obtained, which determines to be applicable and of high reliability, this was carried out in the Rojas Katherine's research in 2021, on the other hand, the data obtained will be tabulated in Microsoft Excel 2019 to later carry out the data analysis in SPSS V.17 and the normality test will be applied, if the sample does not have a normal distribution, it will be The non-parametric Spearman's Rho statistic will be applied.
