Evaluating the satisfaction of nursing care is extremely complicated when dealing with users in the ICU, in which the family has special relevance; Users hospitalized in ICUs, often due to their critical condition, have limitations to boldly intervene in the management of their care, consequently, opinions are displaced to relatives who were conventionally appreciated as the supposed intermediaries and representatives of the patients who The more they know them and the more truthfully they report the convictions, desire, affections or experiences of their sick family member, the present research will have a quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional approach with a non-experimental design. The population will consist of 123 direct relatives of intensive care patients. The participating families were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research, an inclusion criterion in which relatives participated directly and whoever the responsible relatives were. of the patient.
