    This research project, entitled 'Family Support and Academic Motivation in Medical Technology Students at a Private University, 2024,' aimed to determine the relationship between family support and academic motivation in medical technology students at a private university. Data was collected from 202 students in the medical technology program at a private university. The Family APGAR instrument and the Academic Motivation Scale (EMS) were used. The methodology employed was quantitative and hypothetical-deductive. Results: Regarding the relationship between family support and academic motivation, the majority (53%) showed a high level of family support and high academic motivation. Conclusions: A statistically significant relationship was found between family support and academic motivation, with a significance value of p = 0.000 < 0.05 and a Spearman's rank correlation coefficient of 0.572. indicates a positive and moderate correlation.
