    Acciones Gubernamentales Sanitarias por COVID-19 y su Relación con el Acceso a la Salud Bucal en la Provincia de Chincha, 2022.

    A razón de la pandemia por COVID-19 las medidas sanitarias impuestas surgen efectos sobre el acceso a la salud, debido a las acciones gubernamentales sanitarias que se tomaron como medida de control y prevención de la enfermedad; por ello, este estudio tiene el objetivo de analizar la relación entre las acciones gubernamentales sanitarias por COVID-19 y el acceso a la salud bucal en los pobladores de la provincia de Chincha. Materiales y método, se aplicó un estudio descriptivo correlacional en una población de la provincia de Chincha, la cual se aplicó una encuesta virtual creado para el fin en 188 personas elegidas por aleatoriedad en un grupo virtual de la plataforma Facebook. Los resultados obtenidos, evidenciaron la existencia de una correlación negativa (r= -0.39) entre las acciones gubernamentales sanitarias y el acceso a la salud bucal (p<0.05). Además, se encontró correlación negativa entre las restricciones de libre tránsito y reunión, limitaciones en la oferta de servicios por consulta externa, la priorización del sistema sanitario por COVID-19 y el acceso a la salud bucal. Se concluye en el siguiente estudio que las acciones gubernamentales sanitarias por la Covid-19 influyen negativamente sobre el acceso a la salud bucal.

    Administration of antituberculosis drugs in fixed doses combined with individualized doses to improve adherence and safety in users affected by pulmonary tuberculosis

    Objective: To systematize the administration of fixed-dose combination drugs compared to the administration of individualized-dose drugs to improve treatment adherence and safety in users affected by pulmonary tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: A systematic, observational, and retrospective review was conducted, with a quantitative approach under an analytical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to determine the level of evidence. The following indexed scientific journals were used as sources: PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scielo, Elsevier. It can be indicated that of the 10 scientific articles reviewed, 70% (n=7/10) are systematic reviews, 20% (n=2/10) are randomized controlled trials, and 10% (n=1/10) are cohort studies. The results obtained in this study came from Spain (30%), followed by France (20%), Brazil (20%), Spain (10%), Australia (10%), and Barcelona (10%). Results: 100% of the scientific article review (n=10/10) indicates that the administration of antituberculosis drugs in combined doses does not present significant differences. Conclusion: The use of fixed-dose combination drugs and individualized doses does not show significance in safety or effectiveness between the groups when the short-term directly observed treatment strategy was used.

    Condiciones de trabajo y su relación con la calidad de vida laboral de la enfermera en el complejo hospitalario policia nacional del Perú “Luis Nicasio Sáenz” 2019

    Objetivo: Determinar cómo las condiciones de trabajo se relacionan con la calidad de vida laboral de la enfermera en el área de hospitalización del Servicio de medicina interna. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, nivel de investigación descriptivo correlacional, diseño observacional y transversal. Muestra conformada por 150 enfermeras. Para medir la variable condiciones de trabajo, se utilizó el instrumento elaborado por García et al. en Colombia el año 2011 y adaptado por Berrospi et al. el 2017 en Perú. La medición de la variable variable calidad de vida laboral, se realizó con el cuestionario CVP_35 elaborado por Karasek. Debido a la utilización de escalas de medición de la variable cualitativa ordinal polinómica, se recurrió al coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para la comprobación de hipótesis. Resultados: Existe relación significativa entre las condiciones de trabajo y la calidad de vida laboral de las enfermeras que laboran en el área de hospitalización del Servicio de medicina interna. Además, existe correlación estadísticamente significativa entre las dimensiones de las condiciones de trabajo (individual, intralaboral y extralaboral) y la calidad de vida laboral. Conclusiones: Los resultados de la prueba de hipótesis dan cuenta de una relación Rho de Spearman = 0.813 entre las condiciones de trabajo y la calidad de vida laboral con un p valor = 0,001 entre las variables, confirmando que es estadísticamente significativo.

    Efectividad de la Lactancia Materna en la Prevención de las Alergias en menores de 14 años

    Materiales y Métodos: revisión sistemática observacional y retrospectiva, donde la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando el sistema grade para asignar la fuerza de la recomendación. En la selección definitiva se eligieron 10 artículos, encontrando que el 30% (03) corresponden a Estados Unidos, Argentina y España aportan 2 estudios (20%) cada uno y además de Puerto Rico, Taiwán y Países Bajos contribuyen con 1 estudio (10%) cada uno. EEUU, y España respectivamente han sido estudios en revisiones sistemáticas con un 20%, en los países de España, Argentina y Puerto Rico fueron estudios de casos y controles con un 30%, en EEUU y Taiwán los estudios realizados fueron de cohorte con un 30%, en Argentina realizaron estudios cuantitativo casos y controles además transversal analítico con un 20%. Resultados: Del total de artículos analizados el 80% encontró que un amamantamiento mayor de 3 meses reduce el riesgo de asma, alergias atópicas, mejora la calidad de vida frente a las dermatitis, eccema y rinitis alérgicas. Y el 20% de los artículos no encontraron evidencias acerca de los beneficios preventivos de la lactancia materna frente a las alergias. Conclusiones: En la mayoría de artículos la lactancia materna es efectiva para la prevención de alergias en menores de 14 años.

    Efectividad del uso de cremas hidratantes en la prevención de la dermatitis ocupacional EN EL PERSONAL DE SALUD

    El 100 % de los artículos revisados se encontró efectividad en el uso de cremas hidratantes para la prevención de la dermatitis ocupacional en el personal de salud cuando se hace uso de forma permanente y correcta; de los 10 de 10 artículos que se revisaron se concluye que el uso de cremas hidratantes previene la aparición de dermatitis ocupacional en el personal de salud y mantiene a la piel con suficiente agua en el estrato córneo, así como esperar el secado después de la aplicación para retomar las actividades laborales.

    EFECTIVIDAD DEL USO DE PROTOCOLOS DE DESENSIBILIZACIÓN EN REACCIONES DE HIPERSENSIBILIDAD CAUSADAS POR AGENTES ANTINEOPLÁSICOS DE ACCIÓN CITOTÓXICA

    Metodología: Es una revisión sistemática donde se incluyó artículos que consideran como muestras de estudio a pacientes adultos. De los cuales se eligieron 10 artículos, encontrando que el 40% de ellos correspondían a estudios de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica; uno proviene de Grecia (10%), Japón (10%), España (20%) y Corea (20%). Teniendo en cuenta los diseños de investigación, incluimos: una revisión sistemática, cuatro estudios transversales analíticos, una cohorte, dos casos y controles, así como dos estudios descriptivos transversales. Los artículos seleccionados fueron sometidos a una lectura crítica; la calidad de la evidencia y la fuerza de recomendación se evaluaron con el sistema GRADE. Resultados: De los 10 artículos evaluados, el 90% de los estudios consideran el uso de los protocolos de desensibilización efectivos en un 100% en la reducción de reacciones de hipersensibilidad, debido que en la reintroducción de los taxanos y sales de platino, los pacientes no vuelven a presentan hipersensibilidad terminando de completar su dosis terapéutica. Conclusiones: Existe alta eficacia con el uso de protocolos de desensibilización para reducir las reacciones por hipersensibilidad, en pacientes que reciben el tratamiento con agentes antineoplásicos de acción citotóxica como: taxanos y sales de platino, brindando al paciente la posibilidad de completar el tratamiento.

    Effect of prematurity as a risk factor for neonatal mortality

    Objectives: To evaluate the evidence of the effect of prematurity as a risk factor for neonatal mortality. Materials and methods: This is a systematic review of 10 articles. One systematic review from Chile (10%), three cross-sectional studies (30%) from Brazil, Peru, and Mexico, three cohort studies (30%) from Hungary, Argentina, and Cuba, and three case-control studies (30%) from Venezuela, Argentina, and Chile were included. Results: The 10 articles reviewed revealed that 6 of them identified low birth weight, accounting for 43.7%, and gestational age less than 37 weeks, accounting for 41.5%, as key determinants for increased neonatal mortality in premature newborns. Additionally, risk factors such as lack of prenatal care, premature rupture of membranes, and maternal infections, which led to preterm births, were also identified. Conclusion: The analyzed articles determined that the effect of prematurity is demonstrated by low birth weight less than 1000 grams, gestational age less than 37 weeks, and lack of prenatal care, all of which are key risk factors that increase neonatal mortality rates.

    Effective nursing care for the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia

    Objective: to analyze effective care for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation. methodology: systematic review of 10 articles obtained from the databases pubmed, medline, elservier, google academic, cochrane, 50% (5/10) correspond to brazil, 10% (1/10) correspond to spain, the 10% (1/10) corresponds to Chile, 10% (1/10) corresponds to Argentina, 10% (1/10) corresponds to South Africa, 10% (1/10) corresponds to Australia. Mostly systematic reviews 80%, meta-analysis 10% and non-randomized trial 10%, mainly in the countries of Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Chile, South Africa, Australia. Results: of the total number of articles analyzed, 60% identify aspiration of secretions, 40% identify oral hygiene with the use of 2% chlorexhidine, and 30% identify the patient's bed position between 30° and 45°. ° as effective care to prevent pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation. Conclusions: effective care for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation is aspiration of secretions, oral hygiene with the use of 2% chlorexhidine and the position of the patient's bed between 30° and 45°.

    Effective nursing interventions for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation

    Objective:Analyze the evidence on effective nursing interventions for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation.Methodology:The search was carried out in the Pubmed, Cochrane, Elsevier, Lilacs, Scielo and Google Scholar database of articles published between 2012 and 2017 whose main theme is effective nursing interventions in the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation. Results: Of 10 scientific reviews, 100% are of quality high, of the total of systematic reviews, 6 articles conclude that oral hygiene with chlorhexidine reduces the incidence of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation, 4 articles conclude that elevation of the head of 30|-60° reduces the incidence of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation. mechanical ventilation, 3 articles conclude that aspiration and management of secretions reduces pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation and 1 article concludes that abdominal massage and post-pyloric feeding reduce the risk of pneumonia associated with ventilation. mechanics.Conclusion:Effective nursing interventions for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation include oral cavity hygiene with chlorhexidine, elevation of the head of the head 30°-60°, aspiration and management of secretions, post-pyloric feeding and the abdominal massage.

    Effectiveness in the communicational nursing strategy directed to the family to improve the care of the adult patients of the intensive care unit

    Materials and Methods: The systematic review of 10 articles focused on the effectiveness of nursing communication strategies aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, all of which were analyzed using the GRADE scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: According to the study design, 50% were systematic reviews, 10% were randomized controlled trials, and 40% were descriptive studies. The evidence found shows that 40% (n=40/10) indicated effectiveness in the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit, while 60% (n=60/10) suggested that the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family should be improved to enhance the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit. Conclusion: It was concluded that 4 out of 10 authors indicated that there is effectiveness in the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family to improve the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit. It was also concluded that 6 out of 10 authors suggested that the nursing communication strategy aimed at the family should be improved to enhance the care of adult patients in the intensive care unit.

    Effectiveness in the implementation of a non-restrictive intensive care unit for the admission of family members to reduce complications in the critically ill patient.

    Objective: To systematize evidence on the effectiveness of implementing a non-restrictive intensive care unit (ICU) policy for family visitation to reduce complications in critically ill patients. Materials and Methods: A systematic observational review that synthesizes the results of multiple studies, identifying relevant studies to answer and resolve specific clinical practice questions. The search was restricted to full-text articles, and selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendation. Results: Ten articles were selected, of which 10% (1) were from Spain, Colombia, Italy, and Canada, and 30% (3) were from Iran and the United States. Most studies (50%) were systematic reviews from the United States, Colombia, Spain, and Canada; 40% were randomized clinical trials from Iran and Italy; and finally, 1% was a cross-sectional descriptive study from the United States. Conclusions: The implementation of a non-restrictive ICU policy for family visitation is effective in reducing complications in critically ill patients.

    Effectiveness of 70% alcohol as a method for disinfecting hospital surfaces

    OBJECTIVE: Analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of 70% Alcohol to achieve low microbiological growth and adequate relative light units in bioluminescence, in the disinfection of hospital surfaces. MATERIAL AND METHOD: systematic review, observational and retrospective design, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendation. RESULTS: In the selection, 08 articles were chosen, of which the results obtained show that in 62.5% (n=05/08) 70% alcohol is effective in disinfecting hospital surfaces, however 12.5% ​​( n=01/08) evidence that it is not effective and 25% (n=02/08) indicates that effectiveness could be achieved but not on all surfaces. CONCLUSIONS: The articles reviewed systematically show that disinfection with 70% alcohol is effective for disinfecting hospital surfaces.

    Effectiveness of a closed suction system compared to an open suction system in the hemodynamic changes of patients with mechanical ventilation

    Objectives: To systematize the evidence on hemodynamic changes in patients on mechanical ventilation as a result of using closed versus open suction systems. Materials and Methods: Systematic review, observational, and retrospective study. The research was restricted to full-text articles, and the selected articles were critically reviewed using Jover's evaluation to determine their level of evidence. Results: A variety of related studies were reviewed. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, with 3 articles each from Brazil and Iran, 2 from Turkey, and 1 from Australia and the Netherlands. Conclusions: The studies analyzed provide evidence on the efficacy of a closed suction system compared to an open suction system in hemodynamic changes in patients on mechanical ventilation. 60% (6/10) of the studies demonstrated an impact on hemodynamic changes, while 40% (4/10) did not report significant changes in either system. Consensus recommendations and specialist opinions emphasize the importance of monitoring hemodynamic changes during the suction procedure, regardless of whether a closed or open system is used, to prevent complications. The closed suction system is recommended as safer, and it is clarified that nursing staff should not perform suction as part of a routine due to potential adverse effects.

    Effectiveness of a complementary feeding program for the reduction of malnutrition in children

    Objective: Analyze and systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of a complementary feeding program to reduce malnutrition in children. Material and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system for selection, reviewed in the following sources: Cochrane, Scielo, Minedu Repository, Pesquisa. The evidence was difficult to find, there are few studies on this topic. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 60% (n= 6/10) are systematic reviews, 40% (n= 4/10) are randomized controlled trials and 10% (n= 1/10) are cohort studies. According to the results of the countries of South Africa (10%), Brazil (20%), Spain (10%), Colombia (10%), Peru (20%), followed by Argentina (10%) and the USA (10% ), Mexico (10%). Results: Likewise, of the results found, 80% (n=8/10) indicate that Complementary Feeding is Effective in reducing malnutrition in children. Complementary feeding is of utmost importance in children under five years of age, as it will help prevent nutritional disorders and avoid chronic diseases in the future.

Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review. The search was limited to full-text articles, and the final selection included 10 articles. Two articles were from Brazil, China, and Spain, respectively, while one article was from Japan, Thailand, Mexico, and the United States. The majority of the studies (70%) were randomized controlled trials and originated from China, Spain, Japan, Thailand, the United States, and Brazil, with the first five contributing one article each and Brazil contributing two. Additionally, one quasi-experimental study from Mexico, one cohort study from Spain, and one case-control study from China were included.     Effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention in prenatal and postnatal care for the continuation of exclusive breastfeeding

    Objective: To evaluate the evidence on the effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention during the pre and postnatal periods on exclusive breastfeeding in children up to 6 months of age. Methodology: This is a systematic review, with the search restricted to full-text articles, and the selected articles underwent critical reading. A total of 10 articles were selected, with 30% (3) corresponding to Spain, 30% (3) from Colombia, and 40% (4) from Cuba. The studies included one clinical trial (1), one systematic review (5), a correlational description (1), case-control studies (2), and one cohort study (1). Results: Maternal education during the prenatal stage, with greater emphasis on the postnatal stage, is effective in increasing the duration and exclusivity of breastfeeding during the 6 months following birth. In Gorrita’s study, educational interventions were effective, leading to better exclusive breastfeeding durations, lower morbidity, and higher weight and height percentiles for age in the intervention group. Conclusions: From the total number of articles analyzed, it is concluded that maternal education is effective in ensuring the continuation of exclusive breastfeeding.

    Objectives: To analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention in self-care for blood pressure control in hypertensive patients. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search was restricted to full-text articles, intensive bibliographic search algorithm - PICO model. The selected articles were subjected to an analysis technique considering the evaluation of validity, quality, strength of recommendation of scientific evidence, usefulness of findings, and the ethical aspects of the research. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, with 30% (03) from Spain, 20% (02) from Cuba, 10% from Finland, 10% from Colombia, 10% from Costa Rica, 10% from Brazil, and 10% from Iran. Regarding the research methodology, most studies were quasi-experimental, with 60%, from the countries of Cuba, Finland, Colombia, Spain, and Iran. Of the total articles analyzed, 70% indicate that an educational intervention has a positive effect on blood pressure control. Conclusions: The reviewed research shows that nursing educational interventions contribute to improving patient self-care, better control of risk factors, and blood pressure values.

    Effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention in self-help to improve treatment adherence and blood pressure control in hypertensive patients

    Systematic review of 10 scientific articles no older than 10 years, on the effectiveness of a self-help nursing educational intervention to improve adherence to treatment and blood pressure control in hypertensive patients, found in the databases: Scielo , Cochrane Plus. Lilacs, Pubmed, Medline, and analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine its quality of evidence and strength of recommendation. RESULT: Of the 10 articles reviewed: 20% are randomized controlled trials, 40% are Systematic Reviews, 20% are quasi-experimental trials, another 10% correspond to a prospective study and 10% are a cross-sectional descriptive study. 80% of the reviews indicate that various interventions significantly improve adherence to treatment and blood pressure control, with the nurse managing individualized education promoting self-care with telephone reinforcement, home visits, educational talks, and early care in the consultation, the use of teaching materials and telemedicine. However, 20% indicate that there are no differences and in some cases they do not reduce blood pressure and this is due to the heterogeneity of the interventions and the few existing studies. CONCLUSIONS: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 8 indicate the effectiveness of interventions to improve adherence to treatment and blood pressure control in hypertensive patients and 2 articles are discordant with some interventions to improve adherence and reduce blood pressure.
