Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of quality of care provided by nurses and satisfaction of parents of neonate hospitalized in a neonatal intensive care unit, Callao 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-03) Bonilla Gavilán, Karen Victoria; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette GiselleThe general objective of this academic work is to determine the relationship between the perception of quality of care provided by nursing and the satisfaction of the parents of the newborn admitted to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Callao 2021. It is a basic type study, quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The population will be made up of 80 parents. Through the survey, two instruments will be applied, the quality perception questionnaire of the care provided by nursing developed by Pineda (2008) and adapted by Cabana (2017) and the Care - Q questionnaire or Satisfaction Scale of the care provided by nursing developed. by nurse Patricia Larson (1998) and adapted for the area. The data obtained will be processed with the SPSS 23.0 program that will allow describing and performing a correlational analysis between the perception of quality of care provided by nursing and the satisfaction of the parents of the neonate admitted to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
