Objective: To determine adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs in patients hospitalized in the Pulmonology Service of the "Dos de Mayo" National Hospital during 2018. Materials and methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional, and retrospective study was conducted. The clinical records of hospitalized patients with a tuberculosis diagnosis who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were reviewed. The data obtained from the clinical records were transferred to a data collection form that was previously validated by an expert, and then processed and analyzed to obtain the results. Results: The adverse reactions to anti-tuberculosis drugs were vomiting (29.41%); elevated liver enzymes (20.59%); erythema and nausea (14.71%); rash (11.76%); and skin pigmentation, psychosis, and pruritus (2.94%). Conclusions: The most frequent adverse reactions were vomiting, elevated liver enzymes, nausea, erythema, rash, skin pigmentation, psychosis, and pruritus.
