Objective: Determine to what extent working conditions are related to occupational risks in the staff of the Sterilization Central of the Regional Hospital of Lambayeque, 2023. Method: Study with a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental – transversal design, where used the hypothetical-deductive method; the population will be made up of 50 health personnel (17 nurses and 33 technicians) from the area of the Sterilization Central of the Lambayeque Regional Hospital, who will be selected through various characteristics and specifications; Likewise, the census sample will have the participation of 50 professionals to obtain a representative set of subjects to be analyzed. The NTP 182 self-assessment scale of adapted working conditions and the questionnaire on occupational risks by Jurado (2021) will be used as instruments, both validated by expert judgment and the statistical reliability test of Cronbrach's alpha. The data will be processed using the SPSS v.26 statistical program and the hypotheses will be tested through correlation analysis according to the normality analysis for parametric or non-parametric tests.
