Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of nursing care related to the level of satisfaction of mothers of children from 0 to 3 years of age, who attend the growth and development office of the Francisco Pizarro Polyclinic.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-06) Bruno Tasayco, Gabriela Patricia; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: To determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of mothers in the CRED of the child at the Francisco Pizarro Polyclinic. Material and method: This research work is of quantitative approach, descriptive type. The population is made up of 90 mothers of children under 0-3 years of age from the Francisco Pizarro Polyclinic. For the variable of QUALITY, the instrument developed and validated in Lima was used, in the Thesis carried out by Bertha Milagros López. In this thesis they obtained a Cronbach's alpha of 0.83 for the instrument. With the second variable, which is LEVEL OF SATISFACTION, the instrument used was the one developed by the Ministry of Health, having a quantitative polytoctomic nature, having three measurement scales, each one with a certain dimension: technical-scientific dimension, human dimension and the environment dimension. Results: The level of satisfaction achieved by mothers in the care of growth and development of their children, presented the following, 53.3% presented a low quality, where 41.1% presented dissatisfaction regarding care and 12.2% complete satisfaction, followed by high quality with 28.9%, where 23.30% were satisfied and 5.60% dissatisfied, finally the medium level quality with 17.8%, where 23.3% of mothers present complete satisfaction and 5.6% dissatisfaction regarding the care of their child Conclusions: it is concluded that in the three levels of quality, technical-scientific level, environmental dimension and human dimension, the levels of satisfaction remain at low percentages, which is recommended to improve according to deficiencies.
