Materials and Methods: The type of research was quantitative and the design was a systematic review, the population and sample were 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases, the instrument was a database search: Cochrane Library, Scielo British Medical Journal, PubMed, Lancet, Wiley Online Library, EBSCO, the GRADE Method was used to evaluate the articles, which evaluated the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: 100% articles, 20% Peru and Brazil 10% Spain, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, India, Venezuela and Argentina. In relation to the study designs, 30% systematic review, 20% cases and controls, 10% review, meta-analysis, 20% retrospective, 10% prospective and 10% descriptive Conclusions: It is concluded that the most effective interventions were decontamination, monitoring of vital functions, care of the airways, gastric lavage, use of activated charcoal, administration of atropine, in addition, patients poisoned by organophosphates must be subjected to A rapid clinical assessment of their vital functions, as well as a good identification of the diagnoses and nursing intervention, allows the patient to be seen as a whole, taking into account the timely treatment that the patient must receive in the biological, physical and mental sphere of the patient. .
